Placing orders

The prices indicated on the website are expressed in boxes, strips and/or units, not including the corresponding VAT.

Shipping costs

Returns
- No returns will be accepted without prior notice and without the express authorization of Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento, S.L. Returns of material may be subject to the particular conditions of each manufacturer. Claims must be made within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
- In the case of incidents caused by transport, these must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Once the 24 hours have elapsed, Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento, S.L. will not be responsible for returns due to damage during transport. Please send photographs, if possible, so that we can proceed to manage the claim.
- In the case of returns caused by errors beyond the control of Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento S.L.:
- The product must be in perfect sales condition.
- The postage (round trip) will be paid by the customer.
- If the customer wishes to make a return, he/she must contact Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento through any of the means indicated on the page to make the request.
Claims
Quantity defects:
Deliveries with shipment: with errors of number of boxes, strips and / or units by defect or excess, and / or breakage must be communicated for correction within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the goods. Once the 24 hours have elapsed, no returns will be accepted for claims of quantity defects.
The customer must proceed as follows:

- Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento, S.L. will reply providing a solution or requesting more information and / or samples, within a period not exceeding 48 hours on working days.
Deliveries with collection at Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento: the quantity and condition of the material will be checked at the time of collection. No claims will be accepted once the material has been checked and the delivery note has been signed.
Validity of sales conditions
The price list and general conditions of sale shall be revised annually, and may be modified by Pedrosa parquet y revestimiento, S.L. according to its strategy and commercial policy, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and increases in costs and raw materials.
Due to the continuous increases and fluctuations in the price of raw materials, the prices offered are subject to revision according to variations in the manufacturer’s prices.
