The installation of Static-conductive Flooring is mainly recommended in two cases: for protecting people (ECF) and for protecting equipment or electrosensitive elements (DIF) or (ESD).
Static-conductive Flooring has the capacity to dispel electricity, discharging electrostatic charges to the ground, preventing electrical interferences in sensible machinery.
Also known as electrostatic vinyl flooring, this type of flooring is conductor or dissipator of static electricity, specially designed to maintain safety in places with great sensitivity such as operating rooms, laboratories, radiology rooms, computer or server rooms, and where electronic components are manufactured.
They have all the characteristics of vinyl flooring, both in design and performance. High resistance to chemicals such as salts, non-organic acids, fats, etc. They also have fungicidal and antibacterial properties.
